Don't Buy Stuff You Can't Afford

As silly as this may sound, don't buy things that you can't afford! This is one of the main tips that helped us (Sherrie and Adrianne) get out of debt quickly. It's amazing how quick you can lessen bills if you aren't spending money that you don't have. When you save money until you have enough to buy what you want, then you don't have the credit card nightmares to deal with. It takes discipline and time to get what you want, but there's nothing quite like paying for a large purchase with cash in hand.  Enjoy this funny SNL video that simply states, "don't buy stuff you cannot afford!"
